Nose to tail and farm to table concept. This place brings steak and isaan cuisine together. The flavours are so impressive, I wouldn’t have expected such strong flavours like plara (fermented fish) in this type of restaurant, love it.
Worthy of their Michelin status. A unique blend of grilled meat and Thai condiments executed well.
