I had a midnight acid reflux issue and visited BNH Hospital at 2 AM. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English, explaining everything clearly, including the procedures and medications.

BNH Hospital felt more like a luxury hotel than a medical facility. The lobby and examination rooms were spotless, and the waiting areas weren't crowded at all. Over my 2.5-hour visit, I interacted with several nurses and two doctors, all of whom were very organized, polite, and fluent in English. While I hope I won't need to return, I definitely recommend BNH for top-notch healthcare in Bangkok.

I woke up with severe eye pain and needed an ophthalmologist urgently, so I headed to BNH Hospital without an appointment. The staff was incredibly efficient, immediately understanding my issue and directing me to the right department. Everyone spoke English and was very kind. The doctor quickly diagnosed and treated my problem. It was a bit pricey but worth it for the fast and effective service. Highly recommend this hospital for emergencies, especially for foreigners.

Excellent service and state of the art medical equipment. Very professional, friendly and caring hospital staff. Also beautiful decor, you wouldn’t think you’re in a hospital but in a five star hotel.
