I recently tried the classic and crab xiao long bao at Din Tai Fung, and they were juicy, balanced, and full of umami flavor. The fried bun was a tasty new addition, not too oily and served quickly. The prawn fried rice was also a hit, always delicious and not overly greasy. The service may have slipped a bit, but the food quality makes it worth the visit.

I highly recommend Din Tai Fung for a great Chinese dim sum experience with friends and family. The dishes are consistently good, especially the xiao long bao and the beef noodle soup, making it a perfect place for a satisfying meal.

I love dining at Din Tai Fung because it's always less busy compared to other branches, so I never have to wait for a table. The food is just as delicious as at other locations, and their soup dumplings are a must-try!
