I used to attend Yoga & Me years ago and loved the range of yoga styles, including fly yoga, hot yoga, and hatha yoga. The downside is the cost—36,000 baht per year or 3,000 baht per month without flexibility for those who can't commit year-round. A monthly voucher option would be a great addition.

Yoga & Me at The Walk Kaset-Nawamin is a top-notch yoga studio with fantastic instructors and a clean, well-organized facility. The variety of classes, from yoga to intense workouts, means there's something for everyone. However, a bit of Thai language knowledge or a strong grasp of yoga postures will help you follow along in class.
