A spacious oasis in its bustling location, TAY Song Wat delivers impressive food and drinks. Their unique TAY Milk Tea, a Thai take on Taiwanese milk tea, is a standout, especially when paired with their coconut caramel ice cream. The only downside is the drink portions, which are slightly less than expected at about three-quarters of a cup.

TAY Song Wat offers a range of beverages from coffee to craft beer, along with ice cream and snacks. The minimalist setting features some less comfortable seating, but the café makes up for it with a captivating art exhibition on the second floor, adding cultural depth to your visit.

During a quick coffee stop at TAY Song Wat, the smoothness of their coffee was truly commendable. While I didn’t try the food, the highlight was an engaging solo art exhibition upstairs. Meeting the artist, Khun Thirasak, added a personal and immersive touch to the visit, enhancing the overall experience with his storytelling and creativity.

TAY Song Wat, nestled on Bangkok’s historic Song Wat Road, is a must-visit for coffee lovers. The café beautifully blends heritage charm with modern craftsmanship, offering expertly brewed coffee and delightful homemade treats. Their Mocha stands out with its rich espresso and chocolatey sweetness, while the Latte impresses with its nutty, smooth flavor. The interior, featuring earthy tones and polished wood, creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation or work.
