The staff’s attitude towards guests from different backgrounds was noticeably lacking in respect and professionalism. It’s clear they would benefit from training on cultural sensitivity to create a more welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, this affected my overall experience negatively.

I was really disappointed when I had to cancel my booking due to a personal emergency. Even though I informed them well in advance, the hotel showed no flexibility or understanding. It left a bad taste, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if customer service matters to you.

The hotel offers decent value, especially if you're sharing the cost with someone. However, the noise levels can be quite disruptive since the walls are thin and sounds travel easily through the hallways. Also, the WiFi struggles with video streaming, so don’t expect smooth online viewing.

If you’re looking for an affordable spot near Soi 94 and don’t mind a basic setup, this place works fine. The rooms are clean and bright, but the location feels a bit like you’re surrounded by parking lots. Perfect if you just need a simple bed for the night.
