Chaolay Seafood Hua Hin

The food at Chaolay Seafood hits the mark—nothing fancy but good enough for a casual meal by the sea. Prices are fair, and the outdoor seating offers lovely views, making it a nice place to unwind without fuss.

Had an enjoyable solo dinner with excellent giant prawns served alongside a delicious pepper coconut sauce. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though their English varied, which made the experience comfortable and welcoming.

The oceanfront setting here is really charming, especially in the evening when it’s cooler outside. The seafood is fresh and tasty, and the quick service means you won’t be waiting long for your meal. It’s a solid spot if you want a relaxed dinner by the water.

We loved the fresh seafood and speedy service so much that we ended up visiting Chaolay Seafood twice during our Hua Hin trip. The steamed cotton fish curry with seabass was definitely a highlight for us.
