Chomhaad Guesthouse

If you want somewhere quiet but not far from all the action, this spot hits the mark. The rooms are spotless, air-conditioned, and well-equipped, and the hosts speak great English and know all the best local spots to eat. Walking distance from the beach and night market made it easy to explore without hassle.

Stayed longer than I planned because of how comfy and clean everything was. There’s a chill communal space with books and free coffee that made mornings something to look forward to. Also, it’s pretty cool that you can practice English with local students if you want—a unique touch that sets this place apart.

I wasn’t sure about the location at first since it’s near the adult entertainment area, which isn’t really my scene, but the place itself was cozy and affordable. The rooms had both air conditioning and fans, which kept things comfortable. Plus, the hosts were super friendly, making it a nice stay despite the surroundings.

The guesthouse is tucked away on a quiet street but still close enough to the buzz of Hua Hin’s nightlife and the train station. The owners, Kai and Kung, are genuinely welcoming and always ready to lend a hand. I loved the vibe with the English lessons happening downstairs—made it feel like a little community.
