Had a lovely time thanks to some standout service—especially Annie in the lobby who was on point and always smiling. The Italian restaurant could use some sorting out though; our food timing was all over the place, but the great service elsewhere kept my spirits high.

The kids had an absolute blast with all the activities available, and my family felt so well looked after thanks to the attentive staff at the club lounge. The pool was huge and perfect for both adults and kids, while Nomada’s Sunday brunch was packed with tasty grilled treats that made me want to come back already.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it’s impressive how well they keep everything running smoothly after all these years. The breakfast buffet is always a win, though I wish they’d be a bit more flexible with early check-ins for those of us driving in from Bangkok.

Dusit Thani Hua Hin felt more like a cozy apartment than a hotel room, with tons of space and a balcony view that made unwinding easy. The staff genuinely made the experience special by remembering little details about me, which is a rare touch these days. Plus, the food spots around the hotel each had their own unique charm—Sunday brunch at Nomada was a highlight.
