Paper Butter and the Burger

Found this little burger spot tucked near a hostel in Ari and it’s got a chill garden vibe that’s perfect for hanging out. The chili Mexican burger I tried had a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the patty was juicy without feeling greasy. They even offer wholewheat buns if you’re into that. The wings were surprisingly juicy too. Seating is mostly outdoor picnic benches, which was great since the weather was nice, but there’s some indoor space for when it gets hotter. Staff were super friendly and fast with orders, which made the wait easy to handle. If you like a casual spot with good flavors and don’t mind a bit of an unpretentious setup, this one’s worth tracking down.

I absolutely love the chili hot dog at Paper Butter and the Burger! The bouncy texture of the hot dog combined with the delicious chili sauce is a must-try. The option to switch out the fries for waffle fries is a nice touch. The staff provides good service and the overall ambience is great. Definitely recommend giving this place a visit!
