Really liked how clean and cozy this little studio felt, and the class was easy to follow even for a beginner — just don’t expect a ton of space if it’s a full room.

I recently took the morning prana flow class with Kru Bird, and it was the perfect way to kick off my weekend. I felt so recharged afterward and can't wait to come back during my next visit to Bangkok.
