My experience at this hotel was a rollercoaster of emotions. The room was beautifully designed with fantastic views, and the breakfast spread at Red Oven was exceptional. However, the inconsistency in doorman greetings and slow service for coffee were disappointing. The delay in room cleaning also left much to be desired. While the hardware of the hotel is top-notch, the software could use some improvement.

Our room was amazing, it had a wonderful view of the city and the bed was so comfortable. The rooftop bar was great and we enjoyed cocktails and wine there both nights that we stayed.

Easily the best hotel me and my partner have ever stayed in. The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the views, the rooftop bar, the spa, were all unbelievable. If anyone's going to Bangkok I'd say that they HAVE to stay here.
