The spa here seriously set the bar—Tanya and Som gave me the best massage ever, and Ying’s friendly vibe made it feel super welcoming right from the start. Plus, waking up to those city views didn’t hurt!

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Bangkok easily via metro, skytrain, or river boats. I appreciated the spacious rooms with stunning city views and enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop bar. While some areas could use minor updates, the helpful staff like Ninney and great gym facilities made it a comfortable choice for my visit.

Celebrating my birthday here was made memorable by a lovely room upgrade and beautiful decorations. The breakfast was impressive, and the spa treatments were a highlight, though housekeeping could improve on room cleaning details. Still, the polite and helpful evening receptionist made a positive impression throughout my stay.

I found the hotel to offer excellent value, especially enjoying the executive floor service which added a nice touch of luxury. The spa team was welcoming and professional, and Pim at the reception really helped me choose the perfect treatment with her friendly and attentive approach.
