House of Taste Thai Cooking School Sukhumvit

Pigch, our teacher, brought a relaxed and friendly vibe that made cooking both enjoyable and rewarding. The portion sizes were just right, leaving me happily full without overdoing it, and the knowledge shared about local produce added an authentic touch to the whole experience.

It was wonderful to connect with people from different countries while preparing traditional Thai recipes together. Making coconut cream and green curry paste from scratch really opened my eyes to the difference fresh ingredients make, turning a simple class into a memorable cultural experience.

The class was lively and engaging, with plenty of hands-on cooking that kept us fully involved from start to finish. Our instructor’s energy was infectious, and I loved learning about local ingredients while enjoying delicious food that filled us up without feeling too heavy.

Starting the day at the market to select fresh herbs and vegetables before heading to the cooking school was such a unique touch. April’s humor and clear guidance made making everything from curry paste to mango sticky rice easy and fun, plus being able to adjust spice levels was a nice bonus.

Learning to cook authentic Thai dishes with April was a real treat—her patience and charm made the whole experience enjoyable, and I picked up some handy kitchen tips along the way. The flavors were incredible, and I left feeling both satisfied and inspired.
