Loved every moment at COMO! The service is outstanding, and the staff's kindness made our stay memorable. The rooms are great, and the pool area is a tranquil escape from the busy city. Booked a room last minute and was pleased with the price. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are very polite. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the bathroom was top-notch with perfect shower heads. Air conditioning and lighting were also excellent. Breakfast was included and did not disappoint. The concierge was really helpful too.

Spent a week at COMO Metropolitan Bangkok and it was just as great as last year. The staff are exceptional—always smiling and professional. The breakfast team, especially Ma and Lily, were amazing. The rooms are big and the location is perfect for accessing tourist spots. Can't wait to come back next year!
