The view from the Cooling Tower is stunning, and despite slightly high prices, the experience is worth it. The service was excellent, and though the food was subpar, the spicy mojito was a standout. I'd recommend reserving a table in advance, as it gets busy. Sharing this beautiful moment with my kids made it even more special.

Celebrating New Year's at the Cooling Tower was a fantastic experience with amazing singing and a lovely atmosphere. The spectacular view was complemented by good prosecco deals, making it a memorable evening.

I visited the Cooling Tower at the Carlton Hotel during happy hour and enjoyed a couple of cocktails and beers at fair prices. Although the cloudy evening robbed us of a sunset view, the rooftop's spectacular scenery made up for it. I would definitely recommend this spot for its impressive views.
