NIST International School: Excellence in Education and Community
NIST International School in Bangkok is highly praised for its outstanding International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and diverse, supportive community. The school is noted for its top-notch teachers and staff, who are instrumental in fostering both academic excellence and personal growth among students. Despite its high cost and urban location, which limits access to fresh air, the school provides excellent transport links via BTS and boat services. Parents appreciate the strong parent community and varied extracurricular activities, although some highlight the high tuition fees. Overall, NIST offers a vibrant international environment with a focus on holistic education.

NIST International School · Reviews
NIST is a remarkable school with a diverse and vibrant student body, offering a unique community feel despite its smaller city-center campus. Its proximity to BTS, MRT, and the Klong Boat enhances convenience for families. Our children have thrived here from their early years, receiving incredible support, especially during high school. The school fosters a fantastic environment for both students and parents, with numerous activities and opportunities for involvement. NIST's international atmosphere and strong sense of community make it an exceptional choice for education.
Santi S. (2026)Our experience with NIST has been outstanding. Our children attended from Year 3 to Year 13, and we were consistently impressed with the IB curriculum, from PYP to the IB diploma. The faculty, counselors, and coaches are exceptional, and the school not only focuses on academics but also on developing strong moral character. The vibrant community and excellent sports and activities will be missed now that our youngest has graduated. NIST truly creates a lasting impact on its students and families.
