La Felice

La Felice – Exclusive Villa Project in Hua Hin

La Felice in Thap Tai is a small luxury-pool-villa project of around 22 villas, with Type A villas priced from THB 15.9-16.9M on current official material. The package advertises built-in furniture, European kitchen, Mitsubishi air-conditioning, smart lock/security, landscaped garden and 5 kW solar. Pro: generous paper spec, Chanote/registered-lease wording and good access times. Con: it still reads more off-plan than established, public proof is light, and current CAM/sinking-fund terms are not clearly published.
