Monkey Mountain Restaurant

The view here is stunning, and the sea breeze really adds to the vibe. I grabbed a beef cheeseburger that was priced pretty well for the area, though it had a slightly sweet twist that threw me off since I usually like my burgers salty. Still, the setting alone makes it worth a return visit, especially to try their fish dishes.

Nestled at the foot of Monkey Mountain, this spot nails it with reasonable prices and polite service. The food may not blow your mind, but it's decent enough for a popular tourist hangout, and the whole place feels welcoming without any fuss.

Dinner last night was a real treat—some of the best fish and curry I've had in a while. The drinks were solid too, none of that watered-down nonsense you sometimes get. Staff were attentive without hovering, making for a relaxed but well-cared-for experience.

Stopped by after a beach stroll and was pleasantly surprised by the margarita—it actually tasted like tequila, not just sugary juice. The spring rolls had a perfect crunch, and the papaya salad packed a nice spicy punch. Plus, everything was easy on the wallet, which made soaking in that view feel even better.
