I really appreciated how helpful the staff were when I hit a snag with my booking on New Year’s Eve. They went out of their way to sort things out and honestly made my day much better. Small gestures like that go a long way.

The hotel sits right in the thick of things—close to everything but also right on a busy intersection, so expect some noise day and night. The rooms aren’t fancy but clean enough, and having a coffee spot downstairs is a nice touch. Staff were kind and helpful during check-in, which made things smoother.

Had a bit of a rough patch with breakfast mix-ups and some pesky ants in the room, but the staff seemed pretty indifferent to complaints, which was disappointing. On the bright side, they did refund us after we raised issues, so at least they own up when pushed.

The rooms are decent for the price, though don’t expect total quiet—traffic noise is a constant companion here. The staff at the cafe reception were friendly enough, and the location’s handy for shops and food, just a bit of a trek to the beach. Overall, a solid budget spot if you don’t mind a little hustle and bustle.
