Had to visit the embassy for some paperwork and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The place feels secure and organized, which is comforting when dealing with official stuff abroad. I do miss the old building though—heard it was nicer, and applying for a passport here is no longer possible directly, which is frustrating since VFS Global takes forever and costs more. Still, glad there’s a solid team on hand if you need assistance while in Thailand.
