Trika Yog is an excellent studio with skilled and helpful teachers that I highly recommend for anyone looking to advance their practice and learn new poses. There are a variety of classes to choose from, so you can find the style and level that suits you best. The teachers offer physical adjustments, which I find very helpful, but if you prefer not to be touched, just let them know and they will respect your wishes.

I enjoyed my class at Trika Yog; the teacher was good at leading it and the twisting sequence was challenging, which I loved. If you're looking for a stronger practice, this is the place to go. However, I gave it four stars because some students talked a lot during the class, which was distracting.

I spent a week practicing at Trika Yog while visiting Bangkok and really enjoyed the classes. It's not for the faint-hearted – expect to be pushed and to sweat! The instructors are great, and this is definitely more of a HIIT-style yoga rather than a relaxing, calm session. Highly recommend if you're up for a challenging workout.
