Despite the spacious and comfortable ambiance of Kaizen, the coffee quality did not meet our expectations. The hot flat white lacked a strong coffee flavor and the ice cappuccino was too sweet. The grill cheese was decent, but overall, the coffee experience was lacking. However, this might suit others who prefer milder coffee flavors.

The café mocha at Kaizen is a must-try! It was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a lovely presentation. The accessibility of the cafe is great, making it very comfortable for all customers. However, it is on the pricier side compared to other places in Thailand.

I visited Kaizen for the first time today and tried their delicious dirty coffee. The ambiance of the cafe is very welcoming and the staff are attentive to customer needs. However, I was disappointed to find a piece of plastic wrap in my cream cheese fig toast, which was a big food safety concern. They handled the situation well but this incident left me uneasy.

This tiny hidden gem just off Ekamai Road makes great coffees.
