The interior design is stunning and the lighting is very soothing and sets the right mood. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The signature massage at the spa was an exceptional authentic Thai massage and the background music playlist was ideal for relaxation.

Everything was great. The room was big with a walk in wardrobe. The staff was lovely and helpful. There was a lot of variety at breakfast and everything was really fresh - good quality.

The service was beyond perfect. I didnt have to beg for early check-in! The minute we arrived I was taken directly to the room and check-in was done in the room. Every single day when we come back to the hotel at night we find something special waiting for us like cake or tea or chocolate.
