The breakfast buffet was a solid way to kick off the day, especially the fresh fruits and those flavorful hot dishes, plus the staff genuinely made me feel looked after—big shoutout to Ryan for keeping me company even when I was solo.

My first visit to Bangkok was made even better by the friendly, professional staff at Amari Bangkok who made communication easy throughout my stay. The breakfast spread impressed me, especially the daily dosa prepared by the Indian chef on Level 4—a true highlight. While the Thai restaurant didn’t quite meet expectations, the overall warmth from the hotel team left a positive impression.

As frequent visitors to Bangkok, we always choose Amari Bangkok for its consistently attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere. The Siraa Club staff, particularly Ms. Mook, went above and beyond by personalizing our stay in thoughtful ways. Even when faced with an initial room issue, their swift response made us feel valued and well cared for.

Staying at Amari Bangkok was a comfortable experience with excellent service and a lovely room view of the city. Although traffic noise was noticeable at night, it didn’t overshadow the convenience of nearby malls and tuk-tuk taxis. The pool area was pleasant, though adding a few more lounge chairs would enhance relaxation.
