Special mention to Concierge May for her exceptional service in helping find a computer repair shop and a restaurant, making the stay even more enjoyable. Staff like her truly enhance the experience at the InterContinental Bangkok.

A fantastic hotel with extremely helpful and attentive staff. The bedroom felt brand new, being super clean, bright, and spacious. Breakfast was good, and the location is excellent. However, the presence of smoking floors and rooms might be a downside for some guests.

The InterContinental Bangkok meets the high standards expected of the brand, offering clean and spacious rooms with nice views, especially from the higher floors. It's centrally located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a variety of cuisines. Although the one-class room upgrade policy for Diamond Ambassador members could be more flexible, the overall experience was still enjoyable.
