A fantastic hotel with extremely helpful and attentive staff. The bedroom felt brand new, being super clean, bright, and spacious. Breakfast was good, and the location is excellent. However, the presence of smoking floors and rooms might be a downside for some guests.

It's centrally located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a variety of cuisines. Although the one-class room upgrade policy for Diamond Ambassador members could be more flexible, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The hotel offers a highly convenient location with well-appointed rooms. The breakfast is amazing, with attentive staff who ensure a great start to your day. Special mention to Concierge May for her exceptional service in helping find a computer repair shop and a restaurant, making the stay even more enjoyable. Staff like her truly enhance the experience at the InterContinental Bangkok.

The check-in and check-out processes are swift, and the staff, even in the elevator hall, are well-educated and attentive. The room boasts a fantastic view and top-notch amenities, including a comfortable bed and pleasant pillows. The rooftop pool offers a breathtaking 360-degree view, and the hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall and a 7-Eleven, making it easy to access essentials.
