First impression: the staff are amazing and super helpful. The hotel itself is stunning and well-maintained. Great food variety and the gym is top-notch, especially for fitness enthusiasts like me. Love that they have dumbbells up to 90lbs!

Staff here are super friendly and attentive! Loved the Bonvoy Club. Room was okay but had a bit of an odor and lacked airflow. Will return for the great staff but will opt for a bigger room next time. Stayed in a king deluxe.

Had an amazing two-night business stay at JW Marriott Bangkok! The room was spotless, and breakfast had something for everyone. The staff were friendly and made our meeting special. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

What a fantastic hotel! The rooms are spacious with amazing views, and the breakfast spread is unbeatable. The gym is a fitness lover’s dream. The only hiccup was the traffic around the hotel, making Grab rides a bit slow. Overall, a great stay!
