Rosewood Bangkok is a mix of pros and cons. On one hand, it's new and the staff's English is excellent, making communication easy. On the other hand, the heavy traffic around the hotel was a bit of a hassle, though the quick subway access was a plus. The overall dark aesthetic of the hotel didn't quite hit the mark for me, especially since I was there for vacation rather than business.

The staff were incredibly thoughtful—when I fell ill, they left extra tissue boxes and cleaned the room super quietly. They even left me a bookmark after noticing a receipt for one in my room. Top-notch service, truly above and beyond!
