The river view room and dinner buffet were a nice combo, and I really appreciated how clean and tidy everything was. The little boat to Icon Siam every 30 minutes was handy too—way less faff than wrestling with Bangkok traffic.

The staff were kind and went out of their way to make my birthday celebration special. The breakfast was included and absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back when I visit Bangkok again from the United States!

The complimentary boat shuttle was a lifesaver and made exploring Bangkok so much easier. The food and service were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel for both first-time visitors and regulars!
