I loved my stay at this hotel! The complimentary water taxi shuttle to nearby ports saved me so much time and money. The staff were kind and went out of their way to make my birthday celebration special. The breakfast was included and absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back when I visit Bangkok again from the United States!

The river views from this hotel are stunning, and the staff are attentive and polite. However, the rooms really need refurbishing. I have a dust allergy and felt sick after one night because of the old, dusty rug. Despite the staff's efforts with an air purifier, the issue persisted. Great location and reputation, but I wouldn’t return until the rooms are renovated.

Had a fantastic stay at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers! The location is perfect, right on the riverfront and close to Iconsiam. The complimentary boat shuttle was a lifesaver and made exploring Bangkok so much easier. The food and service were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel for both first-time visitors and regulars!

The location is fabulous, you can hop right on the ferry to go to all the Palaces. Restaurants were great! Pools were amazing. The Breakfast was incredible. Views from the room were beautiful.
