I recently visited Above Eleven and was blown away by the amazing views and delicious food. The rooftop bar has a great vibe and the Peruvian dishes were top-notch. I especially loved the beef heart and pisco sour. Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend trying out this hidden gem!
