Our visit to Ruby's was the perfect prelude to an evening in Bangkok's city center. The seasonal martinis crafted by Poon were a standout, offering unexpected flavors like garlic, pepper, and coriander root in the "My Martini." The bartenders' expertise and the thoughtfully executed concept make this place a must-visit for cocktail enthusiasts.
