The clinic looks sharp, and the quality is solid, but if you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the place for you. Long waits and last-minute scheduling made me question if I’ll be back despite being pleased with the final work.

The surgery itself turned out great after four weeks, but man, the wait times were brutal. We showed up at 10 a.m., only to find out surgery was pushed to 6 p.m., and then I was stuck until 10 p.m. Not the best respect for your time, but the results speak for themselves.

After my first EXOSOME session, my hair looked noticeably thicker, so I went back for round two. Huge thanks to Miss Batam, who made scheduling around my travel a breeze and always had a cheerful attitude that made the whole process feel a bit more special.
