We had a pleasant stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit, booking a suite with a balcony that was both spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the Ploenchit and Chit Lom BTS stations, making it easy to explore nearby shopping malls like Central World and Erawan. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful service throughout our stay. The balcony was a cozy addition, offering a nice spot to relax.

Staying with our three children in a two-bedroom suite, we were very satisfied with the safe and clean environment. The proximity to the BTS station, shopping malls, and Lumpini Park was a major plus. The staff provided exceptional service, and the pool area was a hit with both the kids and us. While some furnishings showed signs of wear and traffic noise was noticeable, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. It's worth noting the hotel doesn’t serve alcohol, but this was not a problem for us.

The location is just a 5-minute walk from Ploen Chit BTS station, though you might need to navigate an overhead bridge with luggage. It's a functional hotel that we would definitely recommend to others.
