Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri

Loved the mix of comfort and convenience here. The rooms are huge, and having a mini kitchen plus a washing machine was a lifesaver for my week-long stay. Stayed high up on the 42nd floor, and while the elevator took its time, the view made up for it. Breakfast was solid and saved me from hunting pricey places nearby. Bonus points for the fun game room with air hockey and pinball—perfect way to unwind after a long day in Bangkok. Staff were genuinely helpful, especially when I needed some local tips. Only gripe is that some parts of the room felt a bit dated, but well-kept overall. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri offers a luxurious stay with smooth check-in and indulgent amenities like a jacuzzi and sauna. The hospitality is top-notch, making it one of my favorite hotels in Thailand. However, the lingering cigarette odor on the 35th floor was disappointing. Despite this, the overall experience, including the excellent spa, will surely bring me back.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the BTS, Lumphini Park, and nearby shops and restaurants. Although the breakfast buffet didn’t quite meet expectations, the overall experience was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be returning.

My visit to Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri was disappointing. Despite booking in advance, the check-in process was chaotic, and we were given a room on a floor under renovation, filled with a strong paint smell. Although we were eventually moved to a different room, the lack of assistance and poor communication from the staff was frustrating. The compensation offered didn’t address our disrupted plans, and I would caution others about the inconsistent service here.

Staying at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri was a pleasure for the second time, thanks to its clean, spacious rooms and excellent service. The hotel’s facilities, including a playroom for kids and a gym, are impressive, and the convenient location near major malls is a bonus. Despite minor issues with the water heater and an initial room leak, the staff promptly resolved them, ensuring a comfortable stay.
