I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful hotel. The suite we were upgraded to was amazing, complete with a great smart TV and spacious, clean bathrooms. The pool was lovely, although the decking was quite hot in the sun. The location was convenient with a shuttle to Terminal 21 and a 7-Eleven across the road. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The deluxe room was spacious and well-equipped with a washer and dryer, full-size refrigerator, and freezer. The staff were friendly and professional. The only downside was the check-in policy, as my room was not ready at the stated 2:00 p.m. check-in time. This may need improvement to avoid long waits for guests. Overall, a good hotel for the money.

We had a wonderful experience in Somerset Maison Bangkok, it was so cozy. spacious, brand new equipment and nice staffs, the infinity pool on the roof is superb!
