I popped in mostly to check out the building but got hooked on their pineapple basil mocktail and the chill courtyard vibes—definitely a cool spot to escape the usual hustle.

Stopped by this place on a whim and honestly didn’t expect much from a café tucked away in Talat Noi. But stepping inside was like entering a different world—the building itself is beautifully preserved, with that old-school charm still intact. The pineapple basil mocktail I had was super refreshing and just the right thing on a hot day. The staff were really friendly too, even took time to share stories about the place’s history which made the visit feel more personal. I also loved wandering upstairs to see all the different rooms; it felt like a little journey through time. Definitely recommend if you want something off the usual tourist track in Bangkok.

Nestled in a quiet alley near Chinatown, 965BKK is a beautifully restored colonial building that exudes charm and elegance. The new owners have maintained the original paintwork, creating a seamless harmony between old-world allure and modern craftsmanship. A visit here isn’t complete without exploring the entire building, from the quaint rooms upstairs to the inviting central courtyard. Sip on delightful cold drinks like the pineapple horapa or cold brew Akha coffee, and enjoy the small snack menu amidst the lovely setting. This spot is a perfect blend of heritage and cafe culture, making it well worth a visit.

965BKK is a hidden gem in Talad Noi, offering a captivating blend of cultural heritage and modern cafe culture. The restored Chinese merchant's house retains its authentic charm, featuring vintage architecture and an airy layout that perfectly balances nostalgia with contemporary aesthetics. The staff is incredibly welcoming and eager to share the building's history. The menu offers refreshing drinks like oolong guava and Pineapple Basil mocktails, alongside delicious snacks such as Hat Yai fried chicken. Whether exploring the carefully curated concept store or relaxing in the beautiful courtyard, this place is a must-visit oasis in Bangkok.

If you're seeking a spot in BKK, I found one of vintage charms 965bkk Cafe in old Chinatown area. When I entered, it was very delightful. A staff member named "San" who helped and chatted warmly to me as if I were an old friend. Because of her hospitality and welcome, I felt like I am not just customers but like a guest in someone's home.
