Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The prime location near the central pier allowed us to easily navigate the city. The comfortable beds and outstanding breakfast selection made our mornings a delight. The proximity to Icon Siam mall was a bonus for shopping enthusiasts. We cannot wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

We had a top-notch experience at this hotel from start to finish. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with incredible views of the river. The complimentary mini bar in our suite was a nice touch. The dining options were superb, especially the daily breakfast buffet. The spa experience was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. We will definitely be returning!

This hotel is truly a luxurious gem in the heart of Bangkok. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. The breakfast at Next 2 Cafe was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location near Sathorn Pier made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommend for a pampering getaway!

The view from the balcony is spectacular. Rooms are big and comfortable and breakfast is excellent. Service is great and polite, you can ask anything you want and you will be informed in second.

The attention to detail is still fabulous as always. I also love the facilities great gym and pools ideal for lap swimming. Lovely and clean the room was immaculate every time we returned.

The venue overlooking the river was great. As always Shangri-la service and standard was very high.

Skytrain BTS station and Sathron Pier next to hotel. Very accessible in terms of traffic. Away from the traffic congestion of the heart areas. Loads of food stalls and massage parlors around the vicinity. Fantastic views of the Chao Praya River. Very nice to lie down on the reclining deck chairs against the river view. Every bit a luxury hotel under the brand name.

Elegance, beautiful, clean and a very helpful & friendly staffs. The food is lovely. Very impressive experience. Definitely come back here again!
