Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel

This place really surprised me. The suites are huge—like a proper apartment with separate living, dining, and bedroom areas—which is a rare treat in Bangkok. I spent quite a bit of time in the Executive Lounge; it’s cozy but could use a few more hot food options to keep things interesting. Breakfast was genuinely impressive, especially the jamón ibérico with toasted bread and olive oil, which felt way too fancy for hotel buffet standards. What stood out most was the staff—the “Ladies in Red” were absolute gems, handling my requests quickly and with genuine warmth. They even helped sort out some last-minute schedule changes seamlessly. The spa team deserves a shoutout too; Phapkanok helped me book treatments and gave excellent recommendations. If you want a stylish urban oasis with thoughtful service (and no frantic city noise), this is it. Just wish the lounge had a bit more variety to make mornings even better. Still definitely coming back next trip!

Had an amazing stay at Sindhorn Kempinski! The lobby is stunning, way better than the photos. The staff were super professional and even had surprises for the kids in the room. Despite a small hiccup, the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay.

The hotel is comfortable with great restaurants and a large pool, but the service felt a bit corporate. It's a nice place, but if you're looking for that warm, luxury feel, it might not be the best fit. Still a solid choice for a business trip.
