Loved the calm vibe in the club lounge — it was a nice spot to grab a drink and just breathe for a minute, and the breakfast really did set the day up properly. Also, getting to use the showers/changing area before our room was ready was a very welcome lifesaver after an early flight.

However, the inconsistency in doorman greetings and slow service for coffee were disappointing. The delay in room cleaning also left much to be desired. While the hardware of the hotel is top-notch, the software could use some improvement.
