I absolutely love Bird of Yoga! The studio is surrounded by lush green plants, which creates such a calming atmosphere. I recently took the morning prana flow class with Kru Bird, and it was the perfect way to kick off my weekend. I felt so recharged afterward and can't wait to come back during my next visit to Bangkok.

I love the Pilates classes at Absolute You. The teachers are lovely and make regular exercise enjoyable. The studio itself is stylish and has a great atmosphere. It's a fantastic place to work out and feel good about it. Everything about this place just clicks for me.
