I came in for a foot X-ray expecting a detailed radiologist report but got nothing useful—just a vague note that didn’t explain anything. As a nurse myself, I know what a proper report should look like, so this was frustrating and means I have to go through the hassle all over again somewhere else.

Honestly, the service has taken a nosedive lately. The doctor seemed completely checked out, barely acknowledging anyone, and the nurses were glued to their phones even when they should’ve been paying attention. Prices keep climbing, wait times get longer, and it’s just not worth it anymore.
