The atmosphere upstairs is quite classy, with attentive service to match. Tried the ribeye steak and a flaming mojito—both had a nice twist that made the meal memorable. Chilled out here for dinner; flat noodles were decent but had a bit of an unexpected fishy note, and the piña colada could’ve packed more punch. Also, heads up if you pay by card—they tack on a small fee.
