Reviews Jae Keang
The prawn with glass noodles was bussin, and the tom yum and salad were also excellent. Although there was a short wait for a table at 8:15 PM, the staff kindly provided seats while we waited. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.
Jae Keang offers an impressive array of dishes prepared using various cooking methods, from steaming and stewing to stir-frying and roasting. The fresh ingredients and expert preparation make it a great spot for family dining. Prices are fair, and the flavors are consistently excellent. Just be aware that the kitchen heat can sometimes make it a bit uncomfortable.
We stumbled upon Jae Keang by chance and decided to give it a try. The mimosa fried noodles were delicious, delivering that authentic wokhei flavor. We also enjoyed the sour plums minced pork soup and fried morning glory, all for under $400. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable.

While the rice could be slightly less soft, the satay liver is a rare find in Bangkok, making it worth a visit. Som Som Seafood is a must-visit spot for crab lovers, offering amazing crab dishes that are highly recommended. It's best to visit early if you're in a large group, as seating is limited and it tends to fill up quickly, even on weekdays around 5:30 pm. Expect a wait time of about 10-20 minutes during peak hours, but the delicious seafood is worth it.

While the Charcoal-Grilled Pork set was just okay, the premium Beef shabu set had issues with the hotpot not working well, requiring assistance from the staff to finish. Despite this, the overall experience can be improved with better equipment.

Zhang La Mian Banthat Thong Restaurants
The beef noodle dish is good, but the standout for me was the Beef Khaosoi. It was so enjoyable that it became the MVP of my meal. The spiciness levels vary, and after trying level 2 and 5, I recommend going for level 1 if you're not a fan of spicy food. For me, level 5 provided a satisfying spicy burn that I would definitely recommend.

Kampang Banthat Thong Restaurants
Visited Kampang on a weekday evening around 5pm, and while there were some tables available, it's clear this place is popular, so reservations are recommended. The grilled chicken was tasty but a bit tricky to eat as the meat stuck to the bone. The meat dishes, though flavorful, were a tad chewy. The vanilla jasmine lemon tea wasn't to my liking. Prices are on the higher side, and the staff seemed a bit slow in responding to customers.
