    Nahm

    COMO Metropolitan Bangkok

    1 Star Michelin

    12:00-14:00|18:00-21:00

The heritage tasting menu paired with wine at Nahm was exceptional. The restaurant showcases Thai cuisine at its finest, using local ingredients elegantly. Dishes ranged from classic to unique, with highlights like turmeric crab curry and herbal scallops. The only downside was some courses arriving together, causing one to cool while eating the other. More spacing could further enhance this already impressive dining experience.

    Mezzaluna

    2 Stars Michelin, State Tower

    18:00-00:00

Exceptional Service and Cuisine with Stunning Views

Booking a table here was a breeze, even with just a couple of days' notice. The service was top-notch, and the food was out of this world with stunning presentation. We loved the window-side seating for its fantastic view, though the lack of background music and the older design of the place was a minor downside.

  • No Name Noodle

    Sa 11:00-15:00

Making a reservation at No Name Noodle was surprisingly easy, contrary to what I had heard. The ramen noodles were perfectly firm, offering a sleek texture that paired beautifully with the soup. Trying the Tamago Kake Gohan for the first time was a revelation, making it one of the best ramen experiences I've had, both in Bangkok and NYC. The staff's friendliness and helpful guidance on enjoying the ramen added to the overall delightful experience.

  • Baan Tepa Culinary Space

    1 Star Michelin, No. 42 Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2024

    18:00-23:00

Exceptional Service and Creative Thai Cuisine at Baan Tepa

Baan Tepa offers an unforgettable fine dining experience with inventive Thai cuisine using premium local ingredients. The service is outstanding, and the ambiance is inviting. However, the prices are quite high, and traffic to the location can be challenging. Overall, a must-visit for food enthusiasts.

  • Sorn

Southern Thai Cuisine, No. 11 Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2024, 3 Stars Michelin

    Samstag geschlossen

Exquisite Thai Dining with Unique Culinary Presentation

Sorn is my second favorite Michelin restaurant in the world, just behind Central in Peru. Each dish was memorable, leveraging local southern Thai flavors in a unique and delicious way. The balance of spicy and palate-cleansing dishes was impressive. However, the storytelling could be improved to elevate the experience to three stars. Still, it's a must-visit in Bangkok!

  • Blue by Alain Ducasse

    Iconsiam Shopping Center

    1 Star Michelin

    12:00-14:00|18:00-22:00

Our visit to Blue had its highs and lows. The restaurant's location offered a breathtaking view of the river, contributing to the elegant ambiance. While some staff members were engaging, service lapses like a delayed hand towel and a dietary oversight were disappointing. The food quality was high, but the overall experience lacked cohesion, making it feel more formulaic than expected. Given the price, we were left wishing for a more memorable culinary journey.
