After its launch 10 months ago, Salvia instantly became one of my most favourite Italian restaurants in Bangkok.

The service is impeccable, with attentive staff. The food is delicious, with standout dishes like the truffle salami and burrata cheese. The squid ink pasta with crab meat is a flavorful option. Although the lamb chop was slightly overcooked, the overall meal was enjoyable. With a good wine selection, Salvia offers a memorable dining experience.

Authentic simple food but perfectly made. Every dishes were delicious and kept us wanting more.
