    TM47 90-Day Reporting

If you are a foreigner staying in Thailand on a long-term non-immigrant visa that does not require you to leave the country every 90 days, you will likely need to complete 90-day (TM47) reporting to keep your visa active. This reporting can be done by post, in person at an immigration office, or online through the official website. For the first report after returning to Thailand, you must go in person; the online system will not work.

If you can’t be bothered to go to Immigration yourself, you can use one of these two services: 1) Bumrungrad Business Center, which handles it for 650 Baht. 2) An online 90-Day Reporting service, starting at 375 Baht

    TM30 Notification

The TM30 notification and its underlying laws are about a landlord's obligation to report a foreigner's stay on his/her property. If you own your property, you can report yourself online. If your home is rented, make sure your landlord does it for you. If you live in a hotel, don't worry, they'll do that for you.
