TM47 90 Day Reporting
If you are a foreigner staying on a long-term non-immigrant visa which doesn’t require you to leave Thailand on or within every 90-days, it is likely that you will need to perform 90-day (TM47) reporting in order to keep your visa active. 90-day (TM47) reporting can be done by post, in person at an immigration office, or online on a Website. If it's not working online you can use the Bumrungrad Business Center, they do it for 650 Baht.
TM30 Notification
The TM30 notification and its underlying laws are about a landlord's obligation to report a foreigner's stay on his/her property. If you own your property, you can report yourself online. If your home is rented, make sure your landlord does it for you. If you live in a hotel, don't worry, they'll do that for you.
