Specialty Beef Noodle Soups
This spot centers on clear broth beef noodle soups featuring premium cuts like wagyu, ribeye, brisket, and tendon. The broths range from richly savory original to marrow-infused varieties, though some lean slightly sweet. Tender beef is a constant, while side dishes like fried stuffed tofu add texture. The setting is open to mall foot traffic, lending a casual, bustling feel rather than a cozy atmosphere.

The mix of brisket, tendon, and beef balls made for a solid bowl of noodles, though the broth itself was pretty standard. The fried tofu wrappers stood out as a tasty side, adding a nice crunch. Service was straightforward, and while the setting is open to mall foot traffic, it’s a decent place to grab a quick bite.
Oliver Perry (2026)Stopped by this spot in Siam Paragon and was pleasantly surprised by the authentic wagyu soup—it really hit the mark for Vietnamese flavors. The broth was rich, and the beef tender, making it a satisfying meal overall. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy clear beef noodle soups.
