Arun Thai Cooking

Had a blast cooking Massaman curry and sticky mango rice here—Jun was super patient, and the market stroll beforehand gave the whole thing a cool, local vibe. Left stuffed and pretty sure I could fake my way through a Thai dinner now!

Jumping into the market with Kroo June was a fun way to see what really goes into those flavors, and cooking up Tom Yum and mango sticky rice with her made me feel like a pro—plus, I got to eat everything, which is honestly the best part.

Our cooking class with Jun was fantastic from start to finish. We not only got to learn how to make classic Thai dishes like Tom Yum and Pad Thai but also enjoyed hearing stories about Thailand’s rich history during the market visit. The whole experience was welcoming, informative, and absolutely delicious!

Cooking at Arun Thai was such a memorable experience; the team’s friendliness and patience made everything feel relaxed and fun. Exploring the local market beforehand gave us a real sense of Thai ingredients, and the dishes we prepared were both authentic and delicious. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a hands-on taste of Thailand’s culinary culture.
